Every number names its source
Not «market data», but the regulation article, the licence and the publication day. A number taken out of the screen still says whose it is.

Empty ≠ broken
«No data» has a reason, and the reason comes from the probe journal, not from a guess. A broken collector and a quiet border are different news.

We say what we cannot do
The licence does not let us republish day-ahead prices. We don't work around that with «analytics» — we name the limit.

We never rewrite history
When the source revises what it published, the old value stays in the journal. Otherwise a forecast could never be verified.

Three steps, and none of them stays silent

We collect and leave a trace
Every attempt goes into the journal: what we asked, what came back, when. Without it a broken collector and an empty border look the same.

We cross-check between sources
Two numbers from one source are one number. Reconciliation only means something when the two sides arrived by different routes.

What reaches the screen is not only the value, but where it came from, when it was received, and whether it was carried over from an earlier publication.
